The Orchestration Layer
Workflows that reason as well as execute.
LangGraph provides stateful, cyclic workflow execution: the engine that turns a sequence of AI calls into a reliable, auditable, resumable process. Every intelligence report and automation we deliver runs on this foundation.
Core Capabilities
What makes LangGraph different.
Most AI orchestration is linear: prompt in, response out. LangGraph supports the kind of complex, iterative reasoning that high-stakes analysis demands.
Stateful Execution
Every workflow maintains a typed state object that evolves through each stage. Decisions, data transformations, and intermediate outputs are all tracked, enabling resume-from-checkpoint and full audit trails.
Cyclic Graphs
Unlike linear pipelines, LangGraph supports cycles. Agents can revisit earlier stages when new evidence changes the analysis. Quality gates loop until output meets a threshold, rather than running once through.
Human-in-the-Loop
Structured interrupt points where human experts review, adjust, or approve before execution continues. A first-class feature of every production workflow, not an afterthought.
Checkpointing
Full workflow state is persisted at every stage transition. If a workflow fails at stage 15, it resumes from stage 14 with no re-running of expensive earlier stages. Essential for long-running intelligence workflows.
Multi-Agent Coordination
Complex tasks are decomposed across specialised agents (a researcher, an analyst, a writer, a reviewer), each with their own tools and instructions, coordinated by the graph.
Execution Tracing
Every tool call, model invocation, and decision point is logged with timing, token counts, and input/output pairs. LangSmith integration for production observability.
In Production
Workflows running today.
These are production pipelines delivering real outputs for real partners, not demos or proofs-of-concept.
Stakeholder Acceptance Analysis
21 stagesMaps a stakeholder universe, assesses each actor's position, influence, and likely trajectory on a specific issue. Produces a scored matrix with strategic recommendations.
Outputs
- Stakeholder × driver matrix (XLSX)
- Executive briefing (PDF)
- Visual acceptance map (HTML)
Share of Voice Pipeline
14 stagesCompetitive media analysis across multiple organisations. Quantifies media presence, sentiment distribution, topic ownership, and spokesperson effectiveness over a defined period.
Outputs
- SOV comparison workbook (XLSX)
- Media landscape report (PDF)
- Trend visualisation dashboard (HTML)
Strategy Audit (Rule of Three)
18 stagesEvaluates a communications strategy against three lenses: stakeholder alignment, media positioning, and regulatory risk. Each lens has independent research and scoring.
Outputs
- Full audit report (PDF)
- Executive summary deck (PPTX)
- Scoring methodology document (DOCX)
Pipeline Reactivation
9 stagesRevenue recovery workflow that analyses dormant client relationships, scores reactivation potential, and generates personalised outreach sequences.
Outputs
- Reactivation scoring matrix (XLSX)
- Client briefing packs (PDF)
- Outreach sequence drafts
